Refund / Return Policy

COSMETICS:

Due to sanitary reasons we unfortunately do not accept returns on cosmetic products.

  • For any other questions or assistance please contact us at dvibes1004@gmail.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.
  • If item received is damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt of item and we will consider replacing or refunding your purchase in its original packing.

APPAREL:

To request a return:

Contact us at DVIBES1004@GMAIL.COM with the subject “Return” or “Exchange”. Please include your order invoice and the reason for your return with a photo of the item.

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for return or exchange. This does not include sales items.
  • Sales items are FINAL sales.
  • Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
  • We process all refunds and store credits within 10 business days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
  • Please email DVIBES1004@GMAIL.COM if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest of priority.

Refund (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved we will email you your store credit code to use on your future purchase.
